Management and Leadership

         circumspection and attractorshiphip can go strain in hand but they engage two very different meanings. In this paper I will discuss the differences in the thick of management and attractionship and I will examine the roles and responsibilities of leaders in creating and maintaining a healthy organization.         What is management and what is leadership? oversight structures the organization, staffs it with throng, and monitors activities (Bateman 368). Leaders go far beyond that. Some of the traits of a leader are Drive, leadership motivation, integrity, self confidence, and knowledge of the canorous line or area leading.         Drive refers to a furbish up of characteristics that invent a high level of effort (Bateman 371). A leader with driving force will strive to improve him self, the business, and the people in the people that person leads. Also, when I see that my leader of conductor is driven and displeasurea te about the job or project, it reflects conquer to me, and I to gain some drive and passion towards the project.          leading motivation also plays a role in existence a honest leader. Great leaders not precisely take the drive; they want to lead(Bateman 371). Leaders have a want for power, they dont want to sit back and let psyche tell them what to do. They want to lead and they find pleasure in the process of leadership (Bateman 371). My current manager is a good example. She first came to the company as a supervisor and inside 4 years she was the manager of my group. She knew she wanted to be the trough and she obtained the position by motivating her self and having the drive to transcend that goal.         Integrity is the correspondence between actions and words (Bateman 371). candor and credibleness are very important.
